Information about new, enhanced, fixed, changed or updated features that went into place in PowerEngage February 5, 2025.
New and Enhanced

Improved Satisfaction page Filters so they remain on settings agency supervisors and leadership previously used and don’t reset to a default and Filters also now allow users the option to save certain settings as a default.

Updated the top of the Satisfaction page with:

Personnel Searching and Sorting now at the top left side of the screen.

A new Filters button and Clear Filters button at the top right of the screen.

A Filters button selection opens a filter pop-up screen.
-
Clear Filters selection now resets filters to default settings.

The new filter pop-out box has all filters previously available with anew appearance:

The Shift filter dropdown available only to view Personnel assigned to that specific shift.

Role allowing you to view selected roles
-
Email, if checked, showing only Personnel with email address associated with their Personnel record. (These Personnel can receive the Personnel email digest.)

Date filters providing 2 display options:

X days of information (The default settings for the date filter is Last 30 days.)

Custom Range, which lets you choose a start and end date to view feedback.

A Reset button on each section which resets filters to their default settings.

Improved citizen user experience with surveys, providing a new question type layout that displays better on various screens and devices.

Increased visibility of survey follow-up questions to more existing locations (Activity> Surveys, Measure, Satisfaction) to enhance PowerEngage functionality; providing easier and faster access to crucial follow-up responses, assessment and possible improvement.
