General Changes
- Created a new Rule Target so Admins can trigger to rule to Send Email. Previously options included Send Text, Send Survey and Create Tasks. This new encounter rule filter will let admins set the rule to send to specific email addresses any time the rule is triggered. You are able to use variables from the Encounter in both the email Subject line and email body.
- You can enter email addresses for individuals or distribution groups.
- This rule is not possible to send an email to those involved in the Encounter, such as the Caller or Victim, but you can enter email addresses for your Command Staff.
- This can be helpful in critical incidents to provide an advance alert to leadership.
- Added a filter in Settings > Users to let admins view users by Active Users, Inactive Users, or All Users. The default for this filter is Active Users.
- When adding a new User in Settings > Users, you will need to confirm new user email addresses to help prevent the system from creating incorrect users.
