General Changes

On the Citizen Complaint form, the Phone Number and Email Address fields now always display, allowing citizens to provide their contact information even when they opt out of the option to receive notifications.

IA Case and Complaint attachments will display as a hyperlink only when they are available for download. Previously, attachments always displayed as hyperlinks even while the attachment was in the process of uploading and not available for download.

Agency Admins now have the ability to Delete IA Cases and Complaints. Users must have Allow user to delete PowerIA records permissions to use this new functionality.

To delete 1-20 records, navigate to the PowerIA dashboard.

Use Search to find the Record(s) you want to be delete.

After searching, you will see checkboxes next to the Record(s) meeting your search criteria. Select the desired reports.

Click the Delete button near the top of the list.

In the pop-up, confirm your desire to delete.
