Bug Fixes

• Addressed an issue where a document may not show the latest edits after saving without first refreshing the browser page.
• Fixed an issue where the Create New User screen may occasionally show an error message.
• An issue was addressed where an administrator would not be able to move to the Group screen using a link from the users view.
• An issue was fixed where documents with non-ASCII characters in the title may cause issues with downloading or uploading.
