Preset PHS Rules for Eligibility/Disqualification
This feature introduces standardized rules within the PHS system to automatically determine eligibility or disqualification. It streamlines the decision-making process, reducing errors and ensuring consistency across applications. These rules are configurable by agency Admins in Department Settings.
Investigative Summary Templates
New customizable templates for creating investigative summaries are now available. These templates help ensure consistency, save time on report writing, and standardize documentation practices, allowing teams to focus on critical analysis. This enhancement checks the box for agencies wanting consistency in their summaries but more importantly for states that require it.
Custom Approval Workflows by PHS
This enhancement expands the already existing custom approval workflows by allowing organizations to design custom approval workflows by PHS tailored to their unique requirements. This feature offers greater flexibility and ensures that approval processes align perfectly with organizational structures and protocols across different job types/roles.
Audit Trail as Applicant Completes PHS Prior to Submission
Enhanced auditing capabilities allow for tracking and recording detailed actions taken by applicants during PHS completion. This boosts accountability and provides valuable insights to the investigator when applicants change their answers prior to submission.
Email Notification to Applicant Prior to PHS Expiration
Automatic email notifications are sent to remind applicants of upcoming PHS expirations, helping them stay on track and reducing the risk of missed deadlines. This proactive feature ensures a smoother application process. The 1-10 day range is configurable by admin in department settings.
Unassigned Applicant Grid now Includes PHS Status
The unassigned applicant grid now displays the PHS status, providing Admins with immediate insights into each applicant’s progress. This feature enhances applicant management and prioritization.
All PHS Applications Grid now Checks SSN and Email
Automatic checks for SSN and email are now integrated into the All PHS Applications grid. This ensures Admins and Investigators have the full picture of which agencies an applicant has been invited or submitted a PHS.
My Investigations Grid Metrics and Filtering
New metrics and advanced filtering options have been added to the My Investigations grid. This enhancement aligns the My Investigations grid with the same functionality as the Applicants grid.
Event Log Additions
The event log has been updated with new entries and enhancements, offering a more detailed record of system activities. This ensures better monitoring, aids troubleshooting, and supports compliance through comprehensive activity tracking for department users and applicants.
