- The ability to add multiple users and indicators for manual indicators.
Feature: Multi-Employee, Multi-Indicator Manual Indicator
This update enhances the manual indicator creation flow from both the data sources page and profile views page. Users are now able to create multiple users and indicators at the same time.

Supporting multi-indicator creation with clear feedback.
By going to the user profile or admin data source page, a supervisor or admin can manually add as many indicator types as they’d like for a user. They can also add multiple users manually for one or multiple indicator types.

- An administrator can add incidents involving multiple personnel for one or many incidents CAD didn’t record.
- A supervisor can add multiple indicators for an officer from one entry.
Enhancements
- We excluded the 0 pulse score filter on the dashboard so it now defaults to yes for all views; including custom views and NeoGov default.
