Hi Everyone, I work for a risk pool and we are wanting to see what the top 10 neogov training classes are that employees are enrolling in or taking. I looked for a report function that groups an entire pool by the class titles but did not see this. Does anyone have suggestions for getting this info? ie...100 back injury classes completed, 10 actively enrolled; 90 ergonomics classes completed; 3 actively enrolled.

looking for a little clarification, are you looking to see what training classes that you have put within your PowerDMS site are being taken? or are you wondering what training classes that PowerDMS/NEOGOV offer that are being taken (like PowerDMS University or webinars)? or something different?
Hello, thank you for responding. So my understanding is we are subscribing to Neogov Learn. Maybe I am way behind and don’t know what Power DMS is about if this is another option/platform our members can use. I just started with the pool in October and we don’t seem to have an expert on this platform in my office. The page I log into from our website just says Neogov. We do have some cities and school districts using this platform for training, and I just want to see the class our users are enrolling in to assess their training needs. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
ok gotcha, somehow you found yourself in the accreditation groups but no worries lets get you to the NEOGOV Learn Experts, if you go to this link you will find yourself at a screen that looks like this. If you click on the “quick help” section you will find short articles and videos all about the Learn platform. If you click on “forums” you will find a section where you can ask any questions you may have that you can’t find the answers to (which is where I think you will find the best option to post your initial question in) and finally the “training” button will have some more in depth training resources for you and your staff. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist you in your journey with NEOGOV (by the way PowerDMS is a platform that is more on the public service side and we were acquired by NEOGOV a few years ago, it is just still quite often referred to as PowerDMS, just wanted to answer that part of the question).
it is not labeled the best and I will bring that up, but if you follow the information above it will get you to the right sections, thank you for letting me know about how that can be confusing and understandably so
and I am hoping that by getting you to the area that is specific to the product you are talking about you will get a better answer
