Attendance Plans Year End Rollover when Balance is Negative
We’ve updated the year end rollover logic to respect negative balances when a year end cap is set properly. The previous logic would allow a negative amount to be rolled over to the following year instead of updating the rollover amount to zero.
Prerequisite Setup
The leave plan must have annual caps in place.
Value
Many plans are built only for tracking and have a zero cap applied at the end of the year. When the accrual balance is negative, this amount is moved to the following year rather than first making it zero.
