Here is a new update on the issues that are related to the new Form Builder release.

The following issues are now resolved:

• Not able to apply date filters for Form.Updated On column in the Form report


• Signature fields break tabbing order while completing assigned form


• Overlapping field labels in exported dynamic forms

Issues that are still in progress and will be deployed as soon as a fix is ready:

• Formatting issues on forms not possible to fix with the Auto-Format - Occurs only in a situation when your form has a very long label field text. Some of the forms have already been fixed. If you are experiencing this issue, please send us an email at customersupport@neogov.com and provide the exact name of the form and versions affected.  


• Auto-saving form updates results in error messages - Occurs only in a specific situation.


• Field values being validated and submitted for fields on hidden pages resulting in employees not being able to submit forms although the form looks valid. - The following workaround can be used: When hiding pages via workflow, use actions “Clear Value” and “Hide Fields” for all the fields on those pages. When making pages visible again via workflow, use the action “Show Fields” for all the fields on those pages.


• Delay when downloading forms in bulk - Intermittent issue.
