Here is a new update on the issues that are related to the new Form Builder release.
The following issues are now resolved:
- Field values being validated and submitted for fields on hidden pages resulting in employees not being able to submit forms although the form looks valid. - If you have used the proposed workaround and built workflows for your forms, please make sure you delete those workflows.Â
- Not able to submit forms if single selection fields on the form are left blank. -Â Occurred only in a specific situation.
- Sub-bullet points used in Label field type not displaying correctly on form.
- Archived 2017 I9 and 2017 W4 forms not showing up on the Forms grid for some employeesÂ
- Auto-saving form updates results in error messages. - Occurred only in a specific situation.
- Older versions of Archived I9 form (2017) exported to PDF have UI issues.
Please note that the new field type, Unique Form Identifier, has been added to the Form Builder under the Advanced list of field types. If added to the form, it will automatically generate a GUID (string of 32 alphanumeric characters) for every assigned form and auto-fill that field on the assigned form.Â
Issues that are still in progress and will be deployed as soon as a fix is ready:
- Formatting issues on forms not possible to fix with the Auto-Format. - Occurs only in a situation when your form has a very long label field text. Some of the forms have already been fixed. If you are experiencing this issue, please send us an email at customersupport@neogov.com and provide the exact name of the form and versions affected. Â
- Defined formatting not respected in workflow emails.Â
- Prehires created from OHC not able to submit forms if they have Read only permissions for the Position Start Date field on the form.Â
- 2013 version of Archived I9 form exported to PDF has UI issues.
- Delay when downloading forms in bulk - Intermittent issue. Â
