We’re excited to share an update on the rollout of our new Navigation experience, designed to make it easier and faster for users to navigate across products. Earlier in the rollout, we encountered a few issues affecting a small number of accounts. Based on that feedback, we made adjustments to ensure a more stable experience going forward. We're confident the improvements made will deliver a smoother transition for the next group of customers.

As part of our phased approach, the next group of customers will receive the new navigation on May 7. To help your team prepare, for those customers that will be getting the new navigation on May 7th, an in-app notification will be displayed to administrators only on May 5, providing an overview of the changes and linking to helpful resources.
