We’re excited to share an update on the rollout of our new Navigation experience, designed to make it easier and faster for users to navigate across products. Earlier in the rollout, we encountered a few issues affecting a small number of accounts. Based on that feedback, we made adjustments to ensure a more stable experience going forward. We're confident the improvements made will deliver a smoother transition for the next group of customers.
As part of our phased approach, the next group of customers will receive the new navigation on May 7. To help your team prepare, for those customers that will be getting the new navigation on May 7th, an in-app notification will be displayed to administrators only on May 5, providing an overview of the changes and linking to helpful resources.

Do you know when all customers will receive the new navigation update? I am scheduled to provide training to our management at the end of this month, but don’t want to confuse them by showing them something that is not active yet.
The new look and feel of this is great! I know it has been a work in progress for a while. Can’t wait to show our employees.
I have been watching this thread closely to ensure that I could give my users a heads up, and this morning we received the new navigation, which I am guessing came after this morning’s maintenance window. NEOGOV HRIS and Analytics & Reporting System Maintenance | Community
Even though I sent out instructions letting them know of this upcoming change, the sudden “drop” this morning sent my users into a frenzy where I had to ensure them all was well and that this was planned.
I have looked through all my communications from NeoGov, and I spent a large part of my day in the community here and didn’t receive a notification that our instance would be affected this morning.
Have I missed some other form of communication method regarding this?

Hi all!
In order to be helfpul I want to share some quick user guides that explain what’s changed (linked below.) These are primarily directed towards admins in the system.
Primarily, updates were made the top navigation context menus and buttons to provide a more consistent experience, as our teams unfiy and streamline our suite of services and products.
No functionaliy has been removed, it’s only been re-organized.

I was assured that there would be further communication to the agencies as to when the change was going into affect. I, too, was surprised this morning to find the changes in production. Even after reaching out to Neogov contacts, replying to threds and asking to be informed...I still was not.
I thought I had subscribed to all the necessary groups. Maybe I missed some?

I hear you there! The only notice I received was this one - NEOGOV HRIS and Analytics & Reporting System Maintenance | Community - which co-incited with the Nav update!
