Allow Edit of PHS Reference Data for Correspondence

 

This update enables Investigators to edit PHS identified reference data (primary references) directly within the correspondence module by clicking PHS Identified References in the Correspondence tab menu, and then clicking the Edit (pencil) icon.

This enhancement streamlines the process for investigators when the applicant has accidentally entered incorrect contact information for a reference or when the investigator has found better contact information during the investigation.

Add Secondary Reference Information

 

Now, Investigators with secondary reference contacts can easily add and send correspondence by clicking Secondary Reference in the Correspondence tab menu and then clicking Add Reference.

Limit Actions Until Investigator is Assigned


We've created restrictions on actions that can be performed on unassigned applicants.

This enhancement ensures that certain processes and modifications are only allowed once an investigator is involved, maintaining proper workflow protocols, preventing premature access or changes, and ensuring consistent reporting.

Admin | Assign Investigators in Bulk


Administrators can assign applicants to investigators simultaneously by clicking the checkbox next to each applicant's name and then clicking the Bulk Actions button. After making a selection, click Done to save.

Show When We Received Webform in Grid


The PHS Identified References grid interface now indicates when correspondence has been received. This received date is auto-populated for web form responses when the reference completes and submits the form. For other means of correspondence, the investigator can log or modify the received date as needed.

 

Note: we are adding similar functionality to the other correspondence grids.

Workflow In-progress Indicator

 

The applicant profile header now displays the workflow status. The step information for active workflows is also displayed in a column in the My Investigations grid and the Applicant's grid.

Acceptable File Types and Sizes in Checklists

 

Update checklists to match acceptable file types and upload size limitations. The supported file types for Checklists and Miscellaneous Documents are .png, .jpg, .pdf, .doc, and .docx. The maximum allowed file size is 5 MB.

Set Grid Defaults to 20 Rows

 

The default grid display for My InvestigationsApplicants, and Approval Log grids should now show 20 rows per page. However, users can still change this to 10, 20, 50, or 100 rows as needed.
