NEOGOV's Customer Support staff will be observing the Thanksgiving Day Holiday and Black Friday. As such, we will not be available on either of those days. System Maintenance on Training & UAT-Dec 03 2025 NEOGOV Training and UAT  will be down for System Maintenance on Dec 03, 2025 Wednesday, from 2:00 am - 2:00 am Pacific Time.System Maintenance on Production - Dec 04, 2025NEOGOV Production will be down for System Maintenance on  Dec 04, 2025 Thursday, from 12:00 am - 2:00 am Pacific Time.During this downtime, HRIS and analytics reporting will be down.

We are experiencing an issue with being able to refer candidates to the referred list. It looks like this also may be impacting Onboard and OHC. Our dev team is working on it and we will put out an update soon via community.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our Development team has communicated that this should be fully resolved. This Outage was in regards to Insight/OHC. If you are experiencing any issues you are welcome to give us a call at 877 204 4442 / send an email to customersupport@neogov.net. We are investigating an issue related to a brief outage this morning of the third party contact center phone system that our Support teams use to answer support calls. Hello NEOGOV Customers!  We experienced a brief outage with Unified Login this morning between 9:05 and 9:15 AM Pacific. While services have returned to normal, we are investigating the cause of the site issues. We are continuing to monitor the situation.  Thank you for your patience and understanding!

NEOGOV experienced some slowness with the Website about 10 minutes ago.  Currently, we are seeing this showing as resolved right now. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to customersupport@neogov.net.

The 'Create Report' button and report tabs are now part of the left navigation bar. You now have more space for viewing report related information.The Report Builder lists have now fewer columns to make it easier to read. You can now click on the 'Add Columns' button to add more information or remove columns from the list. New Left Navigation Bar - From here you can start creating new reports or find existing ones by selecting one of the report tabs. New Add Columns action - Use this action to add or remove columns from the grid.

NEOGOV's Learn Winter 2025 enhancement release will be deployed to production early on Thursday, February 6. All sites will be online for this release.  The Learn Winter 2025 release builds on the Summer 2024 enhancement, which introduced the ability for organizations to create External Learners by adding a CSV upload feature for bulk creation. This makes tracking and assigning training to non-employees easier and streamlines onboarding for contractors, volunteers, and partners.  Additionally, Risk Pool customers can now share attachments, such as syllabi, with Policyholders or Members to enhance training engagement and delivery. We are excited to announce that our July Mobile App Enhancements are now live.  Please be sure to update your app in the app store in order to get access to the new features. This release includes new mobile features for the NEOGOV/NEOED Suite. The release notes can be found here.

Please see the list of courses that will be retired on February 14, 2025. This list is part of our effort to avoid the sudden loss of vendor courses, as we have experienced in recent months. While many of these titles do not currently have replacements, we are actively working on bringing in great content in place of what has been removed. A new Analytics & Reporting - Standard report is now available. You can now use the 'Eligible Summary List V2' report which is a replica of the old Insight Standard report. We wanted to remove the confusion with the existing standard report and give you the same data points you need to work with, without having to create any custom report or calculated fields. The existing 'Eligible Summary List' report will remain as it might be used in subscriptions by other users.
