Scenario When Issue Encountered Issue Resolved

Current Enrollments: Administrators were not seeing the correct values for Contribution Amount, Per Period Contribution, Deduction Amount, and Per Period Deduction for Plan Types of CAPERS, MNPERA, WAPERS, & PENSION on enrollments in the Current Enrollments tab.

This issue has been resolved, and now users will see the correct values for these fields for these plan types.

Event Types: Users were able to delete benefit event types that were tied to enrollments causing data integrity issues.

With this release, administrators will see a change in when events can be deleted in the Event Types page.

  • Delete is enabled when:
    • No child records are present - Event Type has never been used
    • No open enrollments for that event type (regardless of what the event setup)
  • Delete is disabled when:

    • Child records are present - Event Type has been used

    • Open enrollments for that event type (regardless of what the event setup) are present
