Functional

Scenario When Issue Encountered Issue Resolved
When an administrator attempted to create a custom view for their reports, they were unable to enter text into the Name field. This prevented the system from saving the new view configuration, requiring users to rely on default settings instead. The Name field is now fully functional, allowing users to input text and save their custom views as expected. This resolution restores users' ability to organize and access their reporting data more efficiently
When an administrator customized security roles to remove access to the External Learning section, employees attempting to view their own Training profile were automatically redirected away from the page. The Training profile page now loads correctly regardless of individual section permissions. Users can continue to manage their certifications and licenses without interruption, even if the external learning section has been disabled by an administrator.
When a learner was marked as "Not Attended" for a specific class instance but later enrolled in and successfully completed a different instance of the same course, the Learning Plan continued to show the "Not Attended" status instead of updating to "Completed." The Learning Plan now correctly identifies and links to the successful completion of a course, regardless of prior attendance history. This ensures that learners receive proper credit for their training and that administrators see accurate progress reports. This fix applies to course completions moving forward. While existing historical records are not corrected as part of this release, our development team is actively evaluating options to address previously impacted data without delaying the fix for future completions.
When an administrator copied a classroom course and then deleted the original version, they were unable to assign the same instructor to a new session in the copied course. The system would incorrectly report that the instructor was unavailable, even though the original conflicting session no longer existed. Administrators can now successfully assign and save instructors for class sessions in copied courses. The system now accurately detects when an instructor is available, eliminating the "Instructor is not available" error and streamlining the course duplication process.
