Generating Form Reports After a User’s Security Role or Department Access is Updated

It appeared that the form reports were not respecting security profile or department access updates. It was found that for performance purposes, security role and department access were being cached for 1 hour. We reduced the cache time to 10 minutes to reduce the likelihood that a user accessing the form reports would see records they no longer have access to.

Filtering by Task Assignee on the Task Status Report

It was found that the filters failed when handling large numbers of tasks. Performance improvements were introduced.

Inactivating, then Re-enabling the Onboard Product

It was found that when Onboard is enabled, new Standard Preboarding and Standard Form Tasks checklists are inserted into the system. If these checklists were built in the past, then existing checklists were inactivated and hidden. 

We updated the process so that if a Standard Preboarding or Standard Form Tasks checklist exists, then new checklists would not be inserted in this situation.
