Enhancements Overview
The fall release focuses on simplifying navigation across Perform. Key updates will help users stay in Unified, and give HR admins greater control over integrations.
Update for Notification Links
Stay focused in Unified when completing performance tasks—hyperlinks in notification emails now open the relevant pages and flyouts directly in the Unified Dashboard.
Previously, links in Perform notification emails redirected to the Perform application, requiring users to manually return to Unified afterward. With this update, all standard PE email notifications now open the corresponding task directly within Unified, streamlining navigation and reducing friction.
Value
Reduces workflow interruptions by keeping users within Unified when completing performance tasks.
Audience
All users.
Example
An Evaluation Ready for Rating email now opens the rating form directly in Unified under the Performance tab instead of redirecting to Perform.
EDMS Integration Security Enhancements
Configure evaluation visibility with more clarity—The IT User role is now available in security profile settings, and HR admins are always included by default.
Previously, HR admins had implicit access to evaluations sent to EDMS, but the user interface did not make this clear. With this update, HR admins are now automatically shown as selected when using Specific Security Profiles, and the IT User role is available for configuration. This ensures both roles are managed consistently and transparently when defining who can view evaluations sent to EDMS.

Navigate to Evaluation Settings via the gear icon in the top navigation bar. Scroll down to find the Auto-Push Evaluation to EDMS section. If enabled, select Specific Security Profiles to configure the IT User role permission. The role will already be selected for existing customers who have already been using Specific Security Profiles. For customers enabling Specific Security Profiles for the first time, the default value is null for the IT User role.
Value
Provides clear, consistent control over security roles for EDMS integration while making HR admin permissions transparent.
Audience
HR admins.
Example
When choosing Specific Security Profiles for auto-push evaluations, HR admins appear as preselected, and you can decide whether to include IT users along with employees, managers, and HR users.
Terms and Privacy Relocated
Enjoy more workspace — the footer bar is being removed, and our Terms and Privacy pages will now be accessible under the top navigation when clicking on the user menu.
Value
Delivers a cleaner interface and consistent legal link placement, improving usability across HCM products.
Audience
Managers and admins.
