To access PowerDMS Community and Quick Help content, you need to be logged in to the community. When you are logged in to the community, your profile initial or picture is in the upper right corner of your screen. If you aren’t logged in to the community, a LOGIN button is in the upper right corner of your screen instead of your profile initial or picture. Welcome to Our Success Community! To find resources for a specific product, start by clicking on Products at the top of the Community page. Next, select the product you're looking for resources on.   Once you've chosen your product, you'll have access to a range of helpful quick links tailored to that product, including:Quick Help: Find easy-to-follow how-to guides to assist you with using your product. Product Updates: Stay up to date with the latest product news and connect with the product group (you can join or follow updates from here). Training: Access valuable training materials to help you get the most out of your product. Forums: Ask questions, share insights, and engage in discussions with the community. How to Create a Topic in Our Community:

Welcome to the community!  Creating a topic is easy and a great way to engage with others. To get started, simply click on +CREATE TOPIC in the top right corner of the Community page. This will allow you to post a question or start a conversation to connect with others and work toward solutions together. When creating your topic, you’ll be able to select a category that best fits your question or discussion, like Power Products or HCM, so the right people can join the conversation.Want to keep track of the topics you've started? Just click on your name in the top right corner, then select Topics. This will show you all the topics you've created, making it easy to follow up and stay engaged.We’re excited to see your contributions and can’t wait to collaborate with you!

How to Join Groups for Product Updates

Welcome to our Community! We're excited to have you here, and we want to make it easy for you to stay up-to-date with all the latest product updates. By subscribing to product update groups, you’ll always be in the loop!Here's how to subscribe:Access the Groups: Head over to the “Groups and Product Updates” section at the top of the screen. This is where you’ll find all the available groups you can join.Join a Group: When you find a product update group you’d like to follow, simply click “Join Group” or “Request to Join” under the group. You’ll receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen letting you know you’ve successfully joined!Track Your Subscriptions: Once you’ve subscribed to a group, it will appear under “My Groups” at the top of the Groups and Product Updates page. This makes it easy to keep track of all the updates you're following.We hope you enjoy staying connected and informed with the latest product news!
