Training Certificate

Having issues with our training certificates not resetting the expiration date. I have them expiring every year, but only half of the certificates are resetting to the appropriate expiration. See attached image.

Default Groups for new PowerDMS users

When I create new users for PowerDMS for some reason they are given default access to the Executive Protection user group which they should not have access to. Is there a way to change what the default groups are for new users?

Initial Email

I created user accounts for our officers which sent them emails on how to login to start using PowerDMS.  Many of them deleted the email and now don’t have the login stuff.  How do I get a new email sent with the login information?

How to remove signed documents from profile?

We have published documents that get assigned by task/role that get signed off by associates as proof of training. There was a mix up in what documents were assigned and associates already signed off on the wrong documents. Is there a way to remove the signatures and/or signed documents from their pofile?

42.1.6 Exculpatory Evidence

Currently, our policy states that all evidence must be submitted. I believe that this would include exculpatory evidence, i.e., DNA samples and prints. Nothing is withheld; it's all evidence.Policy example below D (4 thru 6). Does it need to say “Exculpatory”? That seems odd; we don't have any words that say “Inculpatory?” It is all evidence.
