Updated: Top Navigation Release

We’re excited to share an update on the rollout of our new Navigation experience, designed to make it easier and faster for users to navigate across products. Earlier in the rollout, we encountered a few issues affecting a small number of accounts. Based on that feedback, we made adjustments to ensure a more stable experience going forward. We're confident the improvements made will deliver a smoother transition for the next group of customers.As part of our phased approach, the next group of customers will receive the new navigation on May 7. To help your team prepare, for those customers that will be getting the new navigation on May 7th, an in-app notification will be displayed to administrators only on May 5, providing an overview of the changes and linking to helpful resources.We appreciate your continued support and partnership as we introduce this new experience. If you have questions or need assistance, our Support team is here to help.

Assessments jumping back to root

Is anyone else finding that their assessment listings in the blue bar on the left is jumping back to the root main assessment page every time you click on a standard.  Not a huge deal but getting annoying having to scroll back through every time I need to view a different standard.  Anyone else experiencing as well?

Insight converted the annual amounts to hourly values. The annual amounts are now retained and displayed in job advertisements on external boards. After sending a notice to a candidate, that candidate opens it in their email and clicks View in the Notices column. The Response Date field was blank, even though the candidate opened it. May 15 Retirement of Title IX Final Rule 2024 for Faculty and Staff

Greetings! In addition to the previously announced course retirements taking place on May 15, 2025, we will also be retiring Title IX Final Rule 2024 for Faculty and Staff (HW75). This course contains content that is no longer in compliance with current regulations. Instead, users should be directed to Title IX Final Rule for Faculty & Staff (HV88). Please see the updated list of retirements.

Hello, I am new here and new to accreditation.  PowerDMS had an update yesterday and now I am unable to see our previous assessment.  I have been using our old assessment to see exactly the types of things that are required for the standards.  Has anyone else had this issue?  And if so, how did you fix it? Thanks!

Flagged Tasks and Comparison

Alot of information in my standards has been flagged.  When I bring up the flagged item and click on “View” that says that it is going to compare the item to something else, nothing ever comes up - at all.  Not the item that is already in the standard that has been flagged, not the new item they are comparing it with, nothing. How do I get rid of the flags or have the items come up to compare them?  This has made a mess of trying to figure out how many items are actually in my system that need attention.

Report Folder - a new feature in Report Builder available on UAT (Only)

Introducing Report Folders - an efficient way to organize your reports available on UAT (only). This feature allows you to group and store related reports in one central location, simplifying your workflows and enhancing visibility of critical information. To create a new folder, click on Create Folder in Report Builder.    Once you clicked this button, a pop-up window will appear prompting you to enter a folder name. Then, click Create to finalize.   Once you've created a new folder, you can add a report by clicking the three dots next to the report in the Report Builder grid, then selecting Add to folder.    After adding a report to a folder, you can remove it by navigating to the folder, clicking the three dots next to the report in the Report Builder grid, and selecting Remove from folder.   At the end, you can rename or delete any folder as needed.
